Refund & Refill Policy

Order cancellation

Pending and in-progress orders may be cancelled from your dashboard. Any unstarted units are refunded to your balance instantly.

Partial completion

If a supplier fails to complete an order, the unstarted portion is automatically refunded to your balance.

Refill guarantee

Most growth services include a refill guarantee. Request a refill from the order detail page if you observe drop within the guarantee window noted on the service.

Disputes

Open a support ticket from your dashboard if you believe an order was processed in error. We respond within 24 hours.
